Conditions of Use

1. Unless otherwise stated or the bank has obtained permission to use the same, everything that appears on this site, including but without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, the design, contents, programs, applications, computer code, graphics files, data (except balance(s) in his account(s) with the bank), voice and picture, belong to The First International Bank of Israel Ltd. (hereinafter called: the "Bank") and its subsidiaries. It is forbidden to copy, transmit, distribute, photocopy, duplicate, publish, publicly present or alter, whether for consideration or without consideration, all or any part of the foregoing matters and things without the prior written consent of the Bank and without suitable notation of the Bank`s copyright and proprietary rights therein, such matters all being subject to the Copyright Law 1911, the Copyright Ordinance and the laws affecting proprietary rights in Israel.

2. The trademarks appearing on the site are registered trademarks of the Bank and no use shall be made of them which affects or is likely to have an adverse affect on the proprietory rights of the Bank in such marks.

3.1 The data, software, contents, services, extent and availability of the same and every other matter pertaining thereto when appearing on the site as well as the conditions of use of the same may be changed at the Bank`s discretion without having to give prior notice thereof. The Bank may terminate all or any of the services given on the site at any time. The Bank and/or its subsidiaries and/or its servers may terminate or change any data, product or service described on this site at any time whatsoever.
3.2 All data is correct as of the date stated and the Bank is not obliged to update such data.

4. The content of the site does not constitute an opinion, recommendation or offer to buy, hold or sell financial assets whatsoever nor does it constitute investment advice. 9. The laws of the State of Israel shall govern the information found on the site, the access of the user and the use he makes of it. The competent court of Tel-Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to this agreement and the site.
